Social Activity Fee
A $6.00 per month Social Activity Fee is included in your monthly housing charge. This fee provides funding for the wide range of facilities, events and educational activities that the Co-op organizes.
A Maintenance Deposit (or Damage Deposit) of $350.00 is required upon move-in. This deposit will be refunded to the member following a move-out inspection of his/her room. This deposit ensures that any damages to the Co-op will be paid for by the member who causes the damage and not by the entire Membership.
Members planning to move out before their lease expires must give 2 (two) months notice to the Co-op (from the first of the month) and sign a 'Notice To Vacate' form. There is a $50 administration fee for breaking your lease.
